Dolly - 2016 grade paint mare
Dolly came to us from a rescue we work with that got her from auction with a colt at side. They weaned him and she came to us in December. We have been working on her handling and she is now easy to halter, tie, groom, and lead, and is learning so quickly how to move her hind end and give us soft flexion, as well as lunging at a walk/jog both directions. She can be nervous with farriers, but lets others clean her hooves no problem - so just needs to have a patient farrier, mine has been able to do her a few times with very little issue but I suspect she might pull back again for a new farrier so I want to be sure to disclose that. She is up to date on teeth, trimming, and worming - vaccines get done here mid-June, so she will be up to date on that if she's around. She has gone from shy and cautious to in-your-pocket and will stand for HOURS to be groomed and fussed over. She has stretched udders, but they have been looked at and are not an issue for her. We suspect she has had multiple foals, and believe she would also be a lovely recipient mare.

Dorota - 2025 grade solid paint filly
Born April 10th, 2025 at our ranch. Her dam, Elira, is a meat pen rescue mare, pulled off the truck after taking a rough journey from her original home where she lived as a feral mare in a bucking stock herd. Through her journey, somehow she remained pregnant with Dorota and had this big, strong filly at sunrise. Dorota is suspected to have some draft in her, and there is no doubt this filly will be wildly athletic and a strong, sure-footed trail mount or a wicked cow horse (the herding instincts are strong with this one!). She comes running when you call her, stands forever to be scratched, and lets us pick up her feet at liberty in the field. She will be started on halter/foot breaking and up to date on vaccines and deworming before leaving.
Asking $1800 CAD, deposit will hold until weaning.
